Development History
- the predecessor of Springpoly, Shengquan Plastic Granules Co., Ltd., was established, specializing in the production of polyethylene plastic granules as a key raw material for synthetic fiber products. At that time, the factory employed approximately 20 workers.
- With the tightening of environmental protection policies in China, the company, under the leadership of its founder, Mr. Cheng Fangquan, successfully transformed and entered the polyurethane products industry.
- as modular screening systems became an industry trend, Springpoly took the lead in developing modular polyurethane screen panels and successfully localized high-frequency screens originally dominated by the U.S. company Derrick. This breakthrough ended long-term Western market monopolies and reduced product costs by approximately 50% compared with imported alternatives.
- Springpoly accelerated its international expansion, actively engaging in international competition and cooperation, and established long-term, stable partnerships with vibrating screen equipment manufacturers in Vietnam and other Asian countries.
